The purpose of Chanakya Institute of Public Services (ChIPS) is to form a non-partisan platform that would unite the various groups of our Indian community through cultural amalgamation. This will impact the political voice of our community thereby improving our economy and bring unity.
Open Minds is the platform ChIPS would provide to entrepreneurs to get investors from the various subgroups of our society.

Dr. Anil Kumar has been a practicing urologist in the Metro Detroit area for the past 30 years.
Dr. Kumar is dedicated to public service and has been a candidate for Michigan's 11th District Congressional seat.

A seasoned entrepreneur in Information Technology (IT) and Biotechnology. He brings in vast experience of serving many corporations and institutions in India and USA.

Anand Kumar has over 17 years of Corporate leadership experience in travel, banking and insurance industries. Anand is very active in the Michigan Indian community contributing to various non-profit organizations.

Rupesh Srivastava

Rupesh is the founder, President and CEO of Youngsoft, Inc. and H2H Solutions, Inc., along with starting several other tech companies such as Enterprise System Solutions (ESSPL), Yknotlearn, and Caring4Nurses.
